About the PROJECT

A new clean, personalized skincare brand for women in their 40s, 50s,60s and beyond.

Christy Prunier, a serial entrepreneur, with a successful beauty brand exit under her belt, reached out in the Fall of 2024. She had a formulation for a product that could be tailored to the needs of different age groups and was looking for help to test the idea and concept.

We took a deep dive into the Over 40 skincare landscape.

There was an opportunity to create a luxury brand with formulations specific to one’s age. While there are many brands now focused on the lucrative over 40 target market, they are creating a one size/one formula fits all. When in fact a woman’s skin changes dramatically from 40 to 50 to 60, as do her needs.

About the Process

Christy and I worked side by side to create an MVP with memorable packaging, specific formulations, sustainable manufacturing, and strong margins. With an updated pitch deck, we secured the attention of a major player in the beauty industry.
