MEET AMY

Founder, Brand Strategist, Changemaker

With experiences that range from Fortune 500 corporate marketing to designing and launching my own successful businesses to guiding young entrepreneurs on their path to profit, I thrive on turning challenges into opportunities.

You could say my story starts in 1948 when my grandfather, Charlie Lubin, founded Sara Lee, a frozen bakery business, named after my mom.

Although his company started before my life did, it influenced me from the time I was young. Not only did he build the American Dream, but he cared deeply about impact work—a trait I inherited. It’s probably not surprising then that I started my career in consumer packaged goods, working for household names, like Unilever, Nabisco, and yes, Sara Lee.

Since then, I’ve been an active entrepreneur, agency owner, investor, strategist and board member.

As co-founder of JUST Creative Partners, I conceptualize big ideas and collaborate to bring emerging and established brands to life. My latest project is perhaps the one I’m most proud of co-founding Opportunity Coffee, a coffee shop with a social mission focused on providing job training for those impacted by our justice system.

  • An entrepreneur at heart with an eye to design, co-founder of Material, a fashion inspired activewear line, Milkshake, a daily email focused on "good", Bread Ventures, a branding agency and Changebakers, a food company on a mission.

  • Completed and received certification from Brown University's Leadership and Performance Coaching program in 2021.

  • Received 200-hour training and certification with Yoga Works in 2021 and 300-hour trauma-focused training at the Center for Trauma and Embodiment in 2024.

Currently, teach trauma-informed yoga at a maximum-security women's prison in New York.

  • Extensive experience at packaged goods companies including Unilever, Sara Lee, Nabisco, and RJR Reynolds.

Worked extensively in the hospitality sector creating and launching notable brands including Treehouse, Roadhouse Brewery, and the Field and Stream hotel, apparel, and home brand.

  • It's hard to sum up one's interests succinctly, but for me, it's running, creating change, and anything and everything related to my kids!

“One of the most impactful aspects of working with Amy was the structure and accountability she provided. She pushed me to set realistic yet ambitious goals and take consistent action towards achieving them. The structure was life-changing.”
